General Policies
SS Jewelry offers 100% satisfaction on all orders placed from us. We want you to be happy, therefore we have a return policy(listed below) and all loose diamonds come with a 10 day money back guarantee and you can even use our "NO OBLIGATION NO PAY" program to have a loose diamond sent to you without paying for it first. Presently, because of the high rate of credit card fraud all orders will be shipped only to the billing address on the credit card unless you have another address listed on your account.

Taxes
We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:
There is no sales tax on any order unless you are having your item shipped to an address in New York. There will be an 8.75% tax on all items shipped in New York State.

Order Cancellation Policies
All orders may be cancelled before they are put into work. Special orders cancellations may be subject to a surcharge depending upon how far along the work is. No merchandise can be returned without an RMA number.
Warranties
SS Jewlery offers a 2 month warranty against all manufacturing defects that might arise. We are not responsible against excessive wear or damage to an item. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after they are shipped and received by the customer. We are not responsible for breakage of any item we sell including diamonds or gold that were caused by the customer, if you feel that something is defective please notify us immediately. We suggest that on all diamond purchases you acquire Personal Jewelry insurance. We will be happy to help you with this and give you an appraisal for no charge that you may use to submit to an insurance company. Please ask at time of purchase, we can recommend to you an insurance company that offers this type of insurance at a good rate.
Return Policies
No merchandise can be returned without an RMA authorization number, you must get one in order to return any item. We offer a 10 day money back guarantee on all purchases(special orders are not returnable. Credit card orders can be subject only to the return fees imposed by our processing company(usually 3% of sale, all details posted at our website). WE do not charge any return fees on purchases. Any other form of payment does not have any fees associated with it.
Sizing charges or other alterations that may have taken place are not refundable.
Store Privacy Policies
SS Jewelry will not use any information that is given to us for payment or any other reason for any other purpose but payment verification. We will not give your name or any other information to anyone ever.
